Parmesan Chive Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • red bliss
  • parmesan cheese
  • cracked black pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • milk
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat in 3-quart saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and cool.
  3. Thinly slice potatoes and arrange in 13- x 9-inch baking dish; set aside.
  4. Combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Light Mayonnaise, milk, 6 tablespoons cheese, chives and pepper in medium bowl. Evenly spoon mixture over potatoes. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Also terrific with Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise.
