Parsley Spread

- Chop parsley well after washing and removing stems.
- Mix with enough mayonnaise/sour cream/yogurt to be spreadable and to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add onion (1 tablespoon per bunch). Serve with Wheat Thins, Melba toast or Triscuits.
- Guaranteed to be gone in minutes.
