Parsley Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 or more large bunches parsley
  • mayonnaise, sour cream or low-fat yogurt
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • grated onion

Instructions

  1. Chop parsley well after washing and removing stems.
  2. Mix with enough mayonnaise/sour cream/yogurt to be spreadable and to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add onion (1 tablespoon per bunch). Serve with Wheat Thins, Melba toast or Triscuits.
  4. Guaranteed to be gone in minutes.
