Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour and salt.
  2. Cut in shortening until it looks like peas.
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon water and toss with fork; repeat until all moist and form ball.
  4. Can use right away or chill for better results.
