Peach And Raspberry Purée

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place peaches, cut-side down, in a baking dish; add 1/4 cup water. Roast for 15 mins or until peaches are tender. Cool. Peel and discard skin.
- Blend or process peaches and raspberries until smooth. Push mixture through a sieve into a small bowl.
