Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peaches
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 bottle (4/5 qt.) Sauterne
  • 2 bottles (4/5 qt.) Champagne

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen peaches in a punch bowl.
  2. Pour in the brandy and Sauterne.
  3. Let the mixture stand for a while to meld flavors.
  4. At serving time, add the Champagne to the punch.
  5. Top each cup with a sprig of mint before serving.
