Peach Scones

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. peach or apple yogurt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Blend dry ingredients.
  2. Then blend butter, yogurt and beaten egg.
  3. Mix all together until dough forms together.
  4. Then roll out on Bisquick floured surface.
  5. Knead 8 to 10 times.
  6. Separate dough into 2 balls.
  7. Flatten.
  8. Cut like pie shape pieces, roll up (small end first) and bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.
