Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts (about)
  • 1 level tsp. baking soda

Instructions

  1. Put sugar, syrup and water in a large pan and bring to a boil until it strings.
  2. Add peanuts and cook until it starts to turn light brown.
  3. Then add soda and stir.
  4. Pour into buttered pan and cool.
  5. Break into pieces.
