A refreshing peach and lime-flavored fizzy beverage with a hint of sweetness and citrus, perfect for summer gatherings or a cool treat on a warm day.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can frozen limeade
  • 3 oz. package peach flavored gelatin
  • 29 oz. can sliced cling peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 20 oz. bottled tonic water, chilled
  • lime slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a 3-quart pitcher, prepare limeade concentrate as directed. Measure 1 cup reconstituted limeade into a 1-quart saucepan; over high heat, bring to a boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat.
  3. Stir in peach gelatin into the hot limeade, stirring until the gelatin completely dissolves.
  4. Pour the mixture back into the pitcher with the remaining limeade.
  5. Place half the sliced peaches and their syrup in a blender; blend at high speed until pureed.
  6. Repeat with the remaining peaches and syrup.
  7. Stir the peach puree and lime juice into the limeade mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until well chilled.
  9. When ready to serve, stir in chilled tonic water into the limeade mixture.
  10. Garnish each glass with lime slices before serving.
