- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Stir the shortening and cheese into the biscuit mix.
- Add the milk.
- Stir together with a fork.
- Beat 15 strokes.
- Grease a cookie sheet.
- Drop the mix by tablespoonful onto the sheet.
- Put the biscuits in the oven.
- Remove after 12 to 15 minutes.
