Ingredients

  • 1 envelope (40 serving size) low calorie lime flavoring
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and extract. Place bowl of gelatin in large bowl of ice water; stir until slightly thickened.
  3. Whip until about doubled in volume.
  4. Blend in the whipped topping.
  5. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
