Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water and extract. Place bowl of gelatin in large bowl of ice water; stir until slightly thickened.
- Whip until about doubled in volume.
- Blend in the whipped topping.
- Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
