Ingredients

  • No Miss Yeast Rolls or your favorite bread recipe
  • Velveeta cheese
  • Pepperoni or ham

Instructions

  1. Prepare yeast rolls or your favorite bread recipe and let rise.
  2. On a floured surface, flatten each roll with greased hands.
  3. Place a thin slice of Velveeta cheese near the edge of each flattened roll.
  4. Top the cheese with thin slices of pepperoni, ham, or other meats.
  5. Roll up the dough to enclose the filling and place in a greased pan.
  6. Let the filled rolls rise again.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until done, until cheese and meat are heated through.
