Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • olive oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes, and cut into thick chunky chips.
  2. Place in a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Deep fry in hot olive oil, until golden.
  5. Drain on some paper towel.
  6. Enjoy!
