Ingredients

  • 8 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. rice
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • cinnamon to taste (optional)
  • nutmeg to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and pour into large baking dish.
  2. Bake at 225° for 6 hours.
  3. Stir every 1/2 hour.
