- Blend ground almonds and extract into almond filling.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon of almond mixture into middle of each apricot.
- Place on waxed paper to dry slightly.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- Can be made two weeks ahead.
- Makes 48 pieces.
