Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cloves (whole)
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon or 2 sticks

Instructions

  1. Bring ingredients to a boil and pour over beets (1 gallon cooked).
  2. Can and seal jars.
