Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with 2 cups of cooked beets.
  2. Cover and simmer 7 minutes.
  3. Chill for 2 hours and serve.
