Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped fresh
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle (fresh cucumber pickles)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 dash oregano

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend half of the ingredients until finely chopped.
  2. Pour into bowl and repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill thoroughly.
