Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in large cooking pot and bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Lower heat to slow boil for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
  3. Remove feet and set in large bowl.
  4. Strain liquid and pour over feet.
  5. Refrigerate until solid, then remove fat from surface.
  6. Serve with boiled potatoes.
