Instructions
- Put all ingredients in large cooking pot and bring to a rolling boil.
- Lower heat to slow boil for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
- Remove feet and set in large bowl.
- Strain liquid and pour over feet.
- Refrigerate until solid, then remove fat from surface.
- Serve with boiled potatoes.
