Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 chicken, quartered

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberry sauce, butter, brown sugar and pineapple in bowl; mix well.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish.
  3. Pour cranberry mixture over chicken.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Yields 4 servings.
