Pineapple Lemon Mousse Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Dole pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar free lemon gelatin
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (20 oz.) can Dole chunky pineapple sauce
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Heat juice to boiling.
  2. Stir in gelatin and stir until dissolved, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in yogurt.
  4. Chill until thickened slightly. Stir in pineapple sauce.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Chill until firm.
