Pineapple-Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Certo

Instructions

  1. Heat pineapple and strawberries along with lemon juice and sugar.
  2. Bring

  4. a full rolling boil; cook, stirring for one minute.
  5. Remove
  6. from
  7. heat
  8. and
  9. stir in Certo.
  10. Stir and cool 10 minutes.
  11. Put
  12. into
  13. margarine
  14. cups.
  15. Makes
  16. about 5. Cover and place in refrigerator.
  17. Not necessary to seal.
  18. Will keep for 2 to 3 months, unsealed.
