Instructions
- Cover onions with boiling water.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Cover again with boiling water for another 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Combine vinegar and sugar and pour over onions.
- Store in jars in refrigerator.
- Serve cold.
