Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 drop red food colouring
  • 1 dash light soy sauce and white pepper

Instructions

  1. bring water and eggs to a boil then simmer eggs for 8 minute
  2. let it cool the roll egg to crack shell
  3. drop red food colouring with 5 tbsp of water
  4. dip crack shell eggs to coat amd let it stand for half hour
  5. removed egg shell
  6. serve as it is with light soy sauce and white pepper
  7. BELIW ARE FEW HARD BOILED EGGS ,I AM GLAD TO SHARE WITH YOU
