Ingredients

  • 1 package yeast (or one tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 3/4 - 3 1/4 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Knead a few minutes. Let rise 15 - 45 minutes. Punch down. Roll out and place in pans. Can let rise a few more minutes if crust not thick enough.
