Ingredients

  • italian seasoning
  • mozzarella cheese
  • medium lightly breaded tilapia
  • spaghetti sauce
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Spray 8X8 glass baking dish with Pam or other cooking spray.
  3. Lay fillets on single layer in dish.
  4. Spread minced garlic evenly over fillets.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over fillets.
  6. Layer shredded mozzarella cheese over fillets.
  7. Sprinkle some more Italian seasoning over the top of the fillets (optional).
  8. Bake at 425 for thirty minutes.
