Plenty O'Peanuts Snack Bar

- Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
- Combine cereal and peanuts in large bowl.
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in small saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, to a full rolling boil.
- Remove mixture from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Pour over cereal mixture, mixing until well coated. Press mixture into prepared pan.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
- Store in refrigerator.
