Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix (lite)
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving) sugar-free Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the white cake mix as directed and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°F.
  2. Cool the cake for about 15 minutes after baking.
  3. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork or toothpick.
  4. Mix the sugar-free Jell-O with boiling water, then pour the mixture over the warm cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.
  5. Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours to allow the Jell-O to set.
  6. Frost the chilled cake with lite Cool Whip before serving.
