Pork Chop Potatoes

Instructions
- Fry pork chops until well done.
- Peel and slice potatoes. Place pork chops in bottom of small roaster or electric skillet. Cover with sliced potatoes.
- Spoon soup and spread evenly over potatoes.
- Add water and salt.
- Cook on high or bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until juices are bubbly and potatoes are done.
- Serves 6.
