Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
- Place mashed potatoes, salt and vanilla in mixing bowl.
- Pour melted mixture over potato mixture.
- Mix well.
- Stir in sugar.
- Knead until smooth.
- Press into an 8-inch square pan and cut into squares.
