Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes peeled wash sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise per sandwich
  • 1 1/2 tsp Heinz ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 slice bread two slices per sandwich

Instructions

  1. heat oil in a fryer I deep fried these you can fry in small batches for crispy or large batches for soft
  2. set on a paper towel to drain excess oil salt pepper and garlic while hot
  3. mayonnaise your bread add ketchup enjoy one of my childhood favorites
