Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 potatoes
  • water (enough to make a thick batter)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Slice potatoes thin.
  3. Dip potatoes in batter and fry in medium-hot oil or grease until golden brown.
