Potato Tacos

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and heat to boiling.
- Add potatoes and cook for about 30 minutes.
- In a frying pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon lard or oil.
- Mash the potatoes and spoon them into tortillas.
- Close filled tortillas and put in frying pan.
- Cook until tortillas are done, then add lettuce and tomatoes on top of potatoes to make tacos.
