Ingredients

  • potatoes, diced
  • chopped onion
  • sliced German sausage
  • chopped green cabbage

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage until done.
  2. Add chopped onion and chopped green cabbage and a little bit of water.
  3. Add potatoes.
  4. Cover and simmer with a lid on until potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve with red beans and cornbread.
