Ingredients

  • chicken thighs, skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated or chopped fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  2. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and continue baking, turning once until golden, about 10 minutes.
