Ingredients

  • eggs
  • milk
  • cracker crumbs
  • pumpkin flowers

Instructions

  1. Pick pumpkin flowers early in the morning, before they start to close.
  2. Pick out center and wash thoroughly.
  3. Mix eggs and milk together.
  4. Dip flowers in egg mixture and then coat with cracker crumbs.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
