Punch With Jello

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. mixed fruit jello
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 qt. orange juice
  • juice of 5 lemons or 1 real lemon
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 c. water

Instructions

  1. Boil water and sugar into syrup.
  2. Mix jello according to package.
  3. Mix all ingredients and freeze.
  4. At serving time, mash frozen mixture into mush (I use a potato masher).
  5. Mix in punch bowl with 2 liters of ginger ale.
  6. Serves about 25 to 30.
  7. You can change color of punch by using different flavors of jello.
