Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs navy beans
  • 1/2 lb pork
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup molasses

Instructions

  1. soak beans overnight.
  2. cover with water boil 1/2 hour drain.
  3. add alternately beans and.
  4. scored slices pork.
  5. into the water add salt mustard and molasses
  6. pour over beans.
  7. cover.
  8. bake 250 degrees for10 to 12 hours or at 325 degrees for 4 hours.
  9. uncover last hour.
