Quick And Easy Rice Pudding

Instructions
- Mix water, milk and (beaten) egg in pot, add pinch of salt. When it starts boiling add rice, then lower flame and let it roll; not boil.
- Stir every few minutes so it doesn't stick.
- When you start to see more rice than milk, remove from flame.
- Add 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla and yellow food coloring.
- Stir until all blended.
- Pour into pan.
- Add cinnamon on top.
- Chill.
- Enjoy!
