Quick Apricot Pie

Instructions
- Put apricots through food chopper.
- Combine fruit, water, sugar, salt, lemon juice and butter.
- Bring to boil; cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Prepare pie crust according to directions; pour in filling.
- Cover with strips of pastry.
- Bake in moderately hot oven (425°) for 30 minutes, or until done. Serves 6 to 8.
