Quick Carrots

- Cook carrots in a waterless pan, or with 2 tablespoons water in a heavy, nonstick frypan with a tight-fitting lid.
- After carrots come to a boil, turn heat down and simmer until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in orange concentrate.
- Decorate with thin orange slices.
- Lightly toasted, slivered almonds also make a tasty garnish.
- Serves 6.
