Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced
  • 2 Plum tomatoes,quartered and sliced
  • 1 Handful black olives
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh, coarsely chopped Cilantro
  • Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a pretty plate!
