Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. liver (any kind you prefer)
  • onions
  • ketchup
  • chicken stock
  • white wine

Instructions

  1. Saute liver in butter; take out.
  2. Saute onions, put in a little ketchup, stir, put in rest of ingredients.
  3. Stir; put liver back.
  4. Serve with rice.
