Quick Microwave Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can prepared frosting (any flavor)
  • 1 cake mix (any flavor)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Smear 1/2 can frosting in bottom of microwave tube pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients for 2 minutes using mixer on medium speed. Pour over frosting.
  3. Bake 12 minutes on High, turning occasionally.
  4. Leave in oven for 15 minutes longer.
  5. Remove from oven and turn upside down on serving platter.
  6. Ice top with remaining frosting, if desired.
