Quick Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. milk (skim)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients until a soft ball forms when dropped into cool water.
  2. Add vanilla.
  3. Cool and beat until creamy.
  4. Pour onto a buttered pie plate.
  5. Cut, when nearly cold, in small squares.
