  • 1 pkg. kielbasa (regular, light or turkey)
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. Vigo yellow rice

Instructions

  1. Cut kielbasa into 1-inch slices.
  2. Prepare rice according to directions, adding kielbasa to water before rice.
  3. Garnish with parsley or scallions.
  4. Easy and delicious!
