Quick Yogurt 'n Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
  • 1/2 cup mashed strawberries

Instructions

  1. Measure yogurt into medium bowl.
  2. Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Add dry pudding mix.
  4. Beat 2 min.
  5. or until well blended.
  6. Stir in strawberries.
  7. Spoon evenly into five dessert dishes; cover.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  9. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.
