Rabbit Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 medium rabbit
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. water
  • 1 can (16 oz.) chili beans
  • 1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
  • 1 beef bouillon cube

Instructions

  1. Boil
  2. rabbit
  3. until almost done.
  4. Take off the bone and grind or chop fine.
  5. Brown rabbit, beef and onions until done. Drain fat, if any.
  6. Add seasoning mix; stir until well blended on
  7. low heat.
  8. Add sauce, water and beans. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Add sugar.
  10. Simmer

  13. 15 minutes.
  14. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
