Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Pork Knuckle, Hock, or Bone
  • 2 lbs Chicken Bones (or Wings)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Leek (Green Part Only)
  • 1 oz of Ginger (peeled and sliced)

Instructions

  1. 1) Add Pork and Chicken to Pot and fill a little past the top of the Pork and Chicken
  2. 2) Bring to a boil then simmer
  3. 3) Add rest of ingredients
  4. 4) Remove meat excess at the top through out the whole time
