Ingredients

  • 1 can julienne beets
  • 1 box raspberry jello
  • 3 packs sugar sweetener
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup beet juice.
  2. Mix jello into juice.
  3. Add sweetener and vinegar.
  4. Pour over beets.
  5. Refrigerate; occasionally stir until set.
