Raspberry Granola

Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 300 g plain yoghurt
  • 150 g granola
  • 4 tbsp runny honey

Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes then set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Layer the raspberries, yogurt and granola in glasses. Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over the top and serve.
